Great selection of (free) close-enough-to-gourmet coffee AND water. There's a cool monster-sized dog that Mark will let you walk once in awhile. The other customers are always amazingly interesting. Tom is clever, entertaining and professional. When I am in need of immediate attention, Annie or other schedulers work me into the schedule. Same for my car. I think there must be a an ongoing spiritual influence there (who is praying for tos?) in that my experience with tos through the years has been consistently uplifting."
